10年的精心培育，东科半导体已拥有5100平方米的厂房规模，8条现代化封装生产线，芯片月产量达5千万片。2019年，二期5200平方米厂房即将投入使用，12条封装生产线同时运作，芯片月产量将达到1亿片。同时，公司积极筹建可靠性分析重点实验室，打造集成电路企业平台，服务周边封测企业，为完善区域产业链，推动产业互联互动、协作共赢开辟了航道。

Equipped with complete quality inspection and testing equipment, Ma’anshan has 5100-square-meter phase 1 workshop with 8 modern packaging lines, with a monthly production capacity of 60 million. Phase 2 5200-square-meter workshop has finished decorating and new equipment has arrived. By the end of the year 2019, 12 modern packaging lines will be settled, with a 100 million monthly production capacity. At the same time, DK also set up a key laboratory for reliability analysis, built an integrated circuit enterprise platform and served surrounding sealing and testing enterprises, which improving the regional industrial chain.
